Objectives

• To raise funds and provide financial assistance to fulfill a last dream for a terminally ill adult (18 years or older) who is unable to finance that dream.


• To validate requests for financial assistance based on the criteria set by the society with input from the attending physician and social worker.


• To provide funds and arrange dreams for eligible terminally ill adults.
